Ronald D. Walters Jr.

Ron Walters Jr. is the founder of Walters Law Firm, PLLC and a dedicated trial attorney serving clients across West Virginia in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and appeals. He has represented clients at all levels of the state court system, including the West Virginia Intermediate Court of Appeals and the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Ron’s criminal defense experience extends to federal cases in the Southern District of West Virginia, and he has tried serious felony cases, including murder trials, in state courts.

Known for his thorough preparation and practical approach, Ron takes pride in offering personal attention and fierce advocacy to every client. His background also includes experience in structured settlements, economic damages consulting, and expert witness testimony.

Ron graduated with honors from West Virginia University College of Law, where he earned numerous academic and advocacy awards. He also holds a Master’s in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a B.M.D.S. from WVU.
